Our sincere apologies for those who experienced over crowding in our carry out last Friday March 27.

We were prepared to do curbside pick up until we had 2 employees go into quarantine and 1 call in sick with non-threatening illness. We also had a printing issue within our POS system, therefore, random tickets were not printing. We were not aware until customers arrived to pick up their order. This caused a back up in our carry-out that left my staff overwhelmed and unable to prevent customers from over loading our carry out lobby until it was too late.

We have taken preventative steps by posting signs that only allow 3 customers in our lobby at once. We have also installed sneeze guards at our counter with sanitized pens for customers to use and take with them. To prevent longer pick times we are offering curbside pick up by getting your payment information over the phone. Online ordering is also available @villagepizzaandpub.com. If orders are taking longer then expected we are asking customers to wait in their cars and we will call when orders are ready and we will deliver to your car.

Delivery is also available with UberEats or DoorDash. You must download their app to place an order for delivery. By the way, they are offering free delivery for a limited time.

We appreciate your business and wish you and your family well and safe during this Covid -19 outbreak.

Sincerely,

Marcie & Mike Sarillom – Owner
